What is Labs?
Labs is Zeotap’s early-access programme — a dedicated space within the platform where the newest AI and ML capabilities are made available before they reach general release. Features in Labs are fully functional and run on your real data, but they are still in active development. The intention is to get you involved early: your feedback directly shapes how these features evolve.Why early access? Zeotap operates on 4-week feedback cycles for Labs features. Reporting issues or sharing what works well means improvements reach you faster than they would in a standard release cycle.
What’s inside Labs
Labs currently contains the AI Playground, the hub for all AI-powered tools in Zeotap. Additional programmes may join Labs over time as new capabilities enter beta.AI Playground
The home for AI and ML features. Includes the Audience Recommender (live) and upcoming features such as Category Affinity, Next Best Action, and the Zeotap MCP server.
