Inside Labs, the AI Playground is the hub for all AI-powered tools. It is where Zeotap’s machine learning capabilities are made accessible — no technical setup required. The Playground will expand as new models mature.

By using any feature in the AI Playground, you and your organisation acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These apply to all features within the AI Playground, including the Audience Recommender.Pre-release nature
The AI Playground and all features within it are pre-release software. They are provided for early evaluation and feedback purposes. Capabilities, interfaces, and outputs may change — including in ways that are not backward compatible — before any feature reaches general release. Zeotap reserves the right to modify, limit, or withdraw access to any beta feature at any time.Limitation of reliance
Feature outputs — including audience segment recommendations, counts, and associated reasoning — are advisory in nature. They are generated by AI and machine learning models that may produce errors, omissions, or outputs that do not reflect your intended use case.Data use and privacy
By using any AI Playground feature:- You acknowledge that your organisation’s event and profile data will be processed to generate aggregated feature analysis metrics, as described in the Data privacy & usage section of the Audience Recommender guide.
- You confirm that no personally identifiable information is transmitted to the AI model. Profile data is anonymised and aggregated before any AI model processes it.
- You acknowledge that aggregated, anonymised feature metadata may be used to improve the performance and accuracy of Zeotap’s AI models, subject to Zeotap’s data processing agreements.
- All data processing occurs within Zeotap’s EU-hosted infrastructure, consistent with applicable data protection law including the GDPR.
