# Zeotap CDP Skills Journey

## Integrate

The Integrate module within Zeotap CDP streamlines the convergence of diverse data origins onto one cohesive platform, delivering a harmonised perspective of customers. Comprising Sources and Destinations as integral sub-modules, Integrate facilitates the collection, integration, and secure transmission of enriched customer data.

## Unify

Unify is a powerful tool that helps you to build a complete profile of your customers. Here, the events, profile attributes or consent information received along with the identifiers, are merged into a single profile to have a 360-degree centralised view of a customer.

As a marketer, you can convert your offline customer data into digital format and connect the online activities across various devices to a single identifier. This unified view of the customer spans all platforms and devices, providing valuable insights.

## Segment

The Zeotap CDP Segment Module enables precise customer segmentation with AI-driven and predictive audiences. It supports A/B testing, connects audiences to destinations for activation, and uses machine learning to forecast behaviour for proactive targeting.

## Orchestrate

Orchestrate encompasses ub-product called Journeys, which ieotap's real-time user journey orchestration product that ensures consistent and real-time personalisation across a user journey. These journeys are built on a foundation of their first-party data unified by Zeotap. For example, when website visitors abandon their cart and you can then choose to target high-valued and low-valued users differently. Or if these users continue their purchase Journey in the Zeotap CDP App, you can offer fine-grained personalisations that improve conversion.

## Certification

To complete your journey and obtain the Zeotap CDP Certificate, the last step is to complete the following test and achieve a minimum of 90%.

Upon completion, you will receive your score and have the option to retake the test if required.

Once you have successfully passed, you will receive a certificate from us within a week of completion.
