# Components of the Preview Data Tab

> After successfully implementing the source, you can examine the data that has been received into the system under the **PREVIEW DATA** tab. The displayed data is a sample from the last five files that were ingested. Once the data starts flowing into the system, the status of the source changes to *Integrated*.

  *If no preview is available, then an error message is displayed stating the reason. You can try to fix the issue and try again after some time. In addition, ensure that the source is implemented correctly. In case you need further assistance, reach out to our support team at “[support@zeotap.com](mailto:support@zeotap.com)”.*

The following table provides information about the different options available on the **Preview Data** screen, along with their functions:

Note that all internal fields will be in grey to distinguish from the external fields.

| 1          | **View Error Log** | This option enables you to review a list of errors in the data of the dropped file before mapping in the Catalogue. Examples include missing column names, issues with file format and more. | 3          | **Column Filters** | This option allows you to conveniently filter and view specific columns in the given preview.
